This 38-page resource guide is the main resource for Colorado members of the Kaiser Permanente network offering information about clinic locations, hours, maps, policies and education services. One of the challenges was creating a piece that is usable for a wide spectrum of people, including adhering to Medicaid rules for such things as type-size, spacing and contrast.
